Luckily for me, I got 7 hours of sleep last night, and the jetlag is not the worst I´ve had. After cruising Walmart and Safeway for breakfast I got on the bus to Breckenridge in the snowy weather. 05.45 wake-up call at SAS hotel Oslo Airport, and straight out to the gate to my first leg of the long trip. Oslo – London. First flight started out pretty bad at first, the aircraft had some technical problems, and we had to swap plane. Fortunately it only took 15 minutes before we were airborn. [...][IMG][/IMG]

Today has been all about getting my stuff together. Last pieces of the puzzle before I leave for USA and DewTour. Got a delivery from Salomon when I opened my front door this morning, new gear, new skis new clothes, new everything!! So insane cool looking stuff. Another great day in Hafjell yesterday, so many happy people skiing in the sun, and freezing temperatures. I brought my gopro-camera to take some photos, but ended up not working due to the cold. A little earlier out this morning. 11 am on top of the Backyard-park. -18 C and sunny! Lycky me, I though at first I was going to be the only one skiing today, but PK showed up from nowhere and joined me for a few hours! I think I had 30 runs non-stop. Supergood [...][IMG][/IMG]

Drove to Storlien at lunch-time today. Just a quick visit at Bomba hq and a quick chat with the park-manager at Storlien resort. After yesterdays dissaster of a ski-competition for me, I woke up in good time to shred a few hours with Øystein Braathen this morning. This night didn´t end like it should have. But I am not dissapointed. It´s just november! The season haven´t even started, and still I get to compete against the best skiers in the world, in Norway! Last night the skiers and snowboarders teamed up on the rumble jump to experience yet another session. I struggled (as many others), with getting the speed right so I could do any fun tricks. Woke up at 8, and dragged Gaute Silseth and Espen Bergh (which I am staying with) to breakfast. After a quick episode of Chuck we went out to do a couple of airs in the public park. The full park is not open yet here, but it´s still a lot of fun to do jumps [...][IMG][/IMG]
I just felt like giving a big shoutout to Sweet for putting this week together for the riders. Sweet-Camp, Sweet Rumble, super park, good skiers, awesome hotel. All in all a great pre-season (if you could call it that)! Just got Dexter season 5 on my computer, and tomorrows skiing is sqeduled both on [...][IMG][/IMG]
So. That was that. First big jump of the year, and barely been skiing since april. It was kind of a hard ass transition from nothing to this: … but I got the speed dialed in, and had some fun with it. 360´s, 5´s, 7´s. Nothing like Bobby and thoose guys, throwing dub 10´s like [...][IMG][/IMG]
What a shocker. Well they do, and if you don´t have them mounted, you have to do it yourself. Well, I wanted to do it myself, everything needs to be learned. I learned one thing yesterday. I suck at mounting bindings! But I made it after a good amount of help. Gotta pack my [...][IMG][/IMG]
