Bamboo cores, carbon stringers, and super thick bases make ON3P skis solid as a rock and fun to ski. But the real secret to the company's success seems to be a heaping ton of elbow grease. Started by Scott Andrus out of his garage, the company had a lot of growing pains early on but also worked itself to the bone to become one of the premier indie ski brands on the market. "We definitely got our ass kicked at the beginning," says Andrus, who is now the president of the company. "But today we feel as far as build quality there is not much out there that compares."
