Kye Petersen was born to be a skier. His father, Trevor Petersen, was the ski mountaineer that all the skiers were talking about and whistler was home. What looked to be a ski fairy tale of a life for Kye, all of a sudden wasn’t…Trevor was killed in an avalanche in France. Kye was six years old.
