Looking at the guys sitting across the room from me, one would hardly think that they are business partners/owners of a ski outerwear company that is growing in popularity. Fresh out of highschool, Kevin Slattery and Sam Shaheen have been developing the Lethal Descent Clothing line for over three (3) years now. They first began [...]

If you’ve been following me on Twitter this week, you’ll know that I recently picked up a shiny new iPad. I decided not to write a review of the iPad right away, but instead spend a week using it and report back with my findings. It’s really easy to jump to conclusions (good or bad) when [...]

POV montage

I’ve been using my POV camera a lot this year, I have a bunch of shots from throughout the winter that I made into a little montage. Locations range from sled skiing in Revelstoke, Road laps at Mt. Baker, Cat skiing at Island Lake Lodge and the infamous Whistler backcountry. I hope all of you got some good turns in this winter. Spring seems to be hitting Whistler pretty hard right now but I’m still hoping for some cold, snowy weather in the near future. Read more on POV montage…

We've taken our liberties putting gool ol' (young) Goepper in his place. We've made fun of Red Bull for staging an edit highlighting Goepper's downhome Indiana roots and willingness to jib the side of the family home despite his Golden Boy sponsor sta...

Put your skis away because TJ Schiller just closed down the sport of free skiing for the next couple of years. Last night at Winter X Games 10 Ski Big Air, TJ landed a double corked 1620. Yes that is correct, 1620. He just ruined the sport by progressing it way too fast. Because of an awesome couple of jumps by Bobby Brown, TJ had to settle for the silver but I am not sure he is that bent about it. WOW! WATCH TJ SCHILLER'S 1620 X GAMES VIDEO Results: 1) Bobby Brown - 100 2) TJ Schiller - 95 3) Elias Ambuhl - 90 4) Russ Henshaw - 89 5) Jossi Wells - 89
