Over a year ago at a VW training camp in Northstar, CA I got the opportunity to get sled laps all day on a perfect jump and pipe set up. This is the footage from that day. It is the completely raw footage and some of the tricks are a little sloppy but I thought it'd cool to put all the shots together and give you a behind-the-scenes look at my first tries at some new tricks :)

"How do you decide who goes first over a 100ft jump? For half an hour the skiers try to feel the speed out by dropping in and pulling up short of the take-off. The key is a balance of experience and physics. Then Hanzo Scotto thinks he might have it figured out..." https://www.facebook.com/onehitwonderdu

I wouldnt call this a season edit but rather a bunch of clips thrown together. I didnt get to film much this year. In the first Month and a half of my season I suffered an injury that put me out for most of the season and i went to windells and that was bad ass! so this is basically preseason footage windells. Enjoy!
Some nice spring park laps at central and a little bit of pow at alpy. Enjoy.

THE NEW WAY TO STOMPPPPPPPPPP DOUBLE BACK FLIPS
For the first time ever, our winter schedules weren't jam packed with Slopestyle contests. Dean focused on big air this season and Ian switched to backcountry jumping and powder shredding. With some open time in the middle of the winter, Ian decided to roadtrip through BC for a month, ending in Whistler and visiting friends along the way. First stop was Revelstoke to visit some old friends who hadn't skied together in 8 years. The snow wasn't epic but we had a blast anyways, shredding moguls, groomers, park, and everything in between. This trip was a return to the basic reason why we started skiing in the first place. To ski with the sole purpose of having a grand ole time. It was week of laughing, hooting, hollering and all around merry making. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
