The Brothers Brower: Death Track

For the past few years, Kevin and Mitchell have had an idea to build a jump line similar to a freeride bike line. We have seen some cool tracks people have built in recent years, but we wanted to build one on a bigger scale with higher consequences. In the 2012 preseason, we had almost finished a track after 3 days of construction when a warm spell hit and melted all our jumps. This april, we finally regained our motivation and got to work. We couldn't have done it without the help of Patrik Suwak, Giray Dadali, Matt Heffernan, and Abner Wyman hiking 40 pound bags of salt up grizzly gulch and digging. We finally finished the 7 feature line after 2 weeks of digging, shaping, salting, snowing and more digging. We don't think we would do it again, but are proud to present to you the "Death Track."

Concrete Jungle Official Movie

Searching and creating new places to ski. Finding places that's not meant to be skied. In a city, many miles from the nearest ski hill. Fueling up every night so we can survive in the white cold jungle, getting kicked out by cops, security guards or the law in general. Trespassing and vandalism just for the possibility of getting a usable shot. Many hours of work is getting down to just a few seconds of footage. We have been focusing on the skiing in the city, the opportunities you have and the whole lifestyle of being a urban skier all winter.

A little over a year ago John Ware, Luke Tanaka and Karl Fostvedt went to Japan to ski. The trip was plagued with problems, and ended with a corrupted hard drive. This season, Karl returned to Japan and came home with a backup drive that was forgotten there the year before.This is episode one of three to be released for free online in the coming weeks. After surprisingly being invited for Superunknown XV in Winter Park Colorado, I didn't want to fly to the USA for just a week, so I talked with fellow finalists Simon Bartik and Jessy Desjardins and we organised what became the best road-trip of my life. I joined Simon, Jessy, Carlo Mion, Philippe Clairoux, Philippe Gaucher and Kevin Desjardins in Portland where we later drove to California and Colorado trough some epic scenery. REMEMBER THE FUTURE 2 / HOOD BEACH

Last week Jamie Baril, Clint Christen and I cruised down to Hood Beach for some camping and snowsports. Linking up with our boys Nicky Keefer, Magnus Granér, Maximilliam Smith, Tobias Sedlacek, Kevin Curran and Jonah Williams we ended up with a fat crew and having a great vacation.
