Gimbal & Groomers - Ski Movie

I put this ski movie together as a passion project over the 2017-2018 winter. Shot entirely on a GoPro 6 with Karma Grip gimbal, Karma drone, and Manfrotto monopod. Skiing is what got me into video production. At about age 13, my friend Bill Kelly and I pooled together around $300 to buy our first Sharp 8mm video camera to shoot our latest freestyle ski tricks. With camera in hand, now we could see how our tricks looked and started making our own ski movies. Gimbal and Groomers features the fewest tricks of any ski movie I've made since our first ski movie released in 2002 'F*ckin' Daffay'. My goal was to shoot skiing that wasn't too 'extreme', rather go back to the basics and shoot groomers and moguls.
