I didn't film much because I was competing and traveling most of the season but this is the best of what we got plus a few clips from the year before. I ended up dislocating and breaking my shoulder this past December and got surgery. I was out the whole season so decided to use clips from the year before to make this all.
Most clips here are throw aways from filming for my Killington to Woodward edit, (a few overlap) but I’m bored and can’t ski right now so I put some shots together.
Well somehow this week I got chicken pox, even though I was vaccinated as a kid. I felt completely fine but couldn't leave my house because I was (and am) still contagious, so I decided to make a little setup. I made this rail and was really happy with it so I decided to film on it and here are some of the clips. Also all of the clips that were shot in the dark were done twice, because I filmed them on another SD card in the morning and the SD card got corrupted and I lost all of the footage, I was fucking pissed and went outside at night to refilm them.

Chopped up some of Nate’s shots from his season that got cut short due to an ACL tear back in February. He’ll be back throwing down on the east coast this Winter at WVA. Big things to come.

As our head of fabrication, over the past ten years Rory has been responsible for designing and building the majority of the rails, boxes, and other features for Carinthia, as well as other mountains in the Peak Resorts family, such as Hunter Mountain, Attitash, Crotched Mountain and Big Boulder. Beyond that, he has also made a significant and lasting mark on the C-Team over the past seven years with his creative and refreshing style of snowboarding. Whether in front of the lens, behind a welding mask, or just over breakfast in the Cairnthia Lodge, Rory is always doing something new, different, and creative.
