From living in the wonderland that is Rusutsu to discovering Hokkaido, skiing the great jungle of bamboos, the familial and the steep parts full of mushrooms and broken trees, discovering the softest snow in Japan, touring around the infinite backcountry areas and meeting the smiliest persons in the world : our trip to Rusutsu Resorts was definitely our favorite experience of the trip to Japan we made this past January. The backcountry is very easy accesed. And the terrain is low Alpine and easy to ride. Going to Hokkaido, There is som much to chose from, If you want to explore other ski destinations you can easily do so.
