At the age of 2 my parents brought me to the slopes of Le Semnoz and learned me what would become later a reason to live. It was important for me to produce a piece in this resort where lots of kids from Annecy and its surroundings come enjoy skiing at its finest. We had best of times building stuffs we dreamed about once we were kids, driving home from the resort every day and sharing this passion with so many friends. We offer you a skiing collaboration featuring the riding of Christian Kinnison, Jazz Vitale, and Ian Hamilton. The Revision boys descended on Alta at the start of the winter to get their fill of Pow during what would turn out to be the snowiest December in years. It stormed all the way through the holidays and we took full advantage of the deep and stable early season snowpack, hitting features that normally aren’t open until February. Little Cottonwood Canyon locals Christian and Jazz led the way to all the best classic Alta zones and we all got our legs back under us. Soft early season landings forgave our rustiness and more and more tricks were landed. For Freeskiers, Alta is a paradise; Steep Terrain, littered with jump transitions, tons of champagne powder snow, and a relaxed vibe to top it off. Cheers to skiing with your friends!

70/30, a short urban film featuring Sam Zahner, Calvin Barrett, Mike Cappola and Seamus Flanagan. Filmed, edited and produced by the riders, 70/30 features skiing in Colorado, Utah, Minnesota and New York City. Premiering at if3 October 26-29, and releasing online for free as a two-part movie in early November.
Last year, after 10+ years of competing in Slopestyle, I switched my focus to backcountry jumping. It turned out to be a good choice. By the end of January it had snowed 300 inches in Utah and all the classic hits in Little Cottonwood Canyon were good to go. It was an unbelievable season, from sessions on Pyramid and Flagstaff gap, Catskiing at Fernie Wilderness Adventures to pondskimming and partying at Lost Trail Powder Mountain in the spring. I had more great times in the mountains with amazing humans than any other season and they're memories I'll never forget. Hope ya'll dig it and get stoked to shred!! Here's what happens when you take a group of kids and give them a week off school to film, edit and produce a 7 minute ski movie. We're over the moon to walk away with People's Choice and Best in Show at this year's Intersection with this video. Riding Revelstoke in Jan was awesome, it is for sure one of my favourite resorts in the world. It's a totally different style of riding to places like Verbier or the European Alps (generally speaking) You spend most of your time searching for hidden features in the forests, skiing pillow lines and sending drops between trees. It is a heap of fun, and super cool to mix things up by returning there for the first time in about 5 years! Huge thanks to Valley Retreat for hooking me up with a place to stay while I was in town!
