Just getting a feel for the terrain up here. First couple of days up this year. Super sick shit.
Sometimes during the course of a year a skier ends up filming for several different projects. When this happens their best shots may get split up and you never really get to see how incredible they are. We were recently able to collect all of Tim McChesney's footage from the 2013/14 season and compile it into one complete edit. Sit back and try to take in all that Cheddar was able to accomplish in one season. Opening day at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort this past Saturday, November 27th is one for the books! Never in the history of JHMR has so much snow fallen to date. With a record 130" of total season snowfall and the current snow depth at 51" came a record opening of the entire mountain that was wall to wall with all lifts running. With record snowfall waiting in the mountains skiers and boarders lined up early for a spot on the infamous first tram of the season. The crowd was filled with amazing energy, thats hard to describe, as JHMR opened the tram gate and the entire mountain. It was a full on powder day and only November 27th! Everyone was blown away by how much snow and open terrain there was. This historical 2010 opening of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort will always be remembered. Thank you JHMR for making history!
"My winter segment from this year is live online. Lots of ups and downs went into making this happen. From learning how to snowmobile, going broke over and over again and having one of my best childhood friends living on the floor in my room it was nothing short of insane. To everyone that helped shovel, helped film, helped provide stoke, helped teach me how to sled (and get it unstuck) I can’t thank you enough. Wouldn’t trade any of it for the world. Also, I want to personally thank Jason Levinthal and J skis for believing in me. Nothing short of a dream come true. And lastly the biggest thank you to my brotha Bobby Stevenson for filming this year, editing this and posting it online for me while I’m up fishing in AK. See ya next winter! Suprisingly it snowed around a foot at Taos, nothing near what was forcasted. The next day i was ready for some similar conditions but it didnt happen so the crew ended up shredding a little park and some of the features around the mountain. A typical Pajarito day.
Adam Battersby and Andre Dumas get stoked on a sunny day in paradise.

From Contour user Traviswolfeskiing: This was my day one run from the 2011 Freeskiing World Tour comp that put me in 14th place. At first I was lost and did not know where I was but went for it and shortly after gained my bearings. I sent 2 30ft cliffs, which I stomped solidly and even got is some great pow turns.
