Higher, faster, further: on Saturday, the 28th of January the freestyle freeski elite met up in the Senoner?park Hochkar, in order to match each other in hot battles for cool tricks! In the categories Men and Ladies, the riders gave it their all, showcasing their skills on an exquisitely shaped Big Air Kicker. Armin Assinger mußte sich bei der dritten Auflage des längsten Skirennes der Welt am Kärntner Nassfeld erstmals geschlagen geben. Bei Kaiserwetter und besten Pistenverhältnissen ging am Samstag, dem 28. Jänner, am Kärntner Nassfeld das längste Skirennen der Welt über die Bühne, das sich mit seinen knapp 26 Kilometern Abfahrtsstrecke den Eintrag im Guinness-Buch der Rekorde gesichert hat. 700 Hobbysportler traten unter dem Motto ?Schlag das ASS ? das längste Skirennen der Welt? an, um Skilegende und TV-Moderator Armin Assinger, den Schirmherrn und Ideengeber des Rennens, auf und davon zu fahren ? was einigen in beeindruckender Weise auch gelang.
