YES! 33 hours from the moment I left Mt.Snow in West-Dover, Vermont, USA, I made it! I got back home to Norway. Late flights, de-icing problems, sleeping a lot, and no bed for 1,5 day. Alarm set at 02.20, taxi at 02.30 am. 2 hour drive to Albany airport. Early morning flight to Detroit at 0600 am. Funky tunnel between gates in Detroit. Unfortunately, halfways through the tunnel every passenger was denied access to the gates, and all flights were grounded. The people staying at the gates were evacuated. Pretty much woke up to storm this morning, but bluebird. Weird. We started slopestyle practice at 8.00 am which is way to early by my opinion. They decided to cut down the course to the lower part, because of the saftey of the riders, sooo scary with the wind. Today was so good. We found out how to cut the bustrip to Keystone with half-an-hour, and the jump-line was re-buildt. The parkbuilder was happy to see that we liked the new look!
