TGR, Teton Gravity Research is known for their epic movies that are released annually. Each year they manage to out due themselves. After watching the trailer for their upcoming release later this fall, I'm sure it won't have us disappointed, it's going to have us stoked and ready to rock. The Dream Factory is about the dream of people making their way to America's last frontier, Alaska. People left for Alaska for Gold, then Oil, then King Crab, then in 1991 they started going there for a different reason. To shred Alaska's epic lines that we have grown accustom to seeing in ski and snowboard movies every year. The cast or should I say skiers in the 2012-2013 TGR release include Sage, Dana, Seth, Benchetler, Roner, Cam Riley and Mr. Nick Martini to name a few. Let the early summer stoke for Winter begin with TGR's The Dream Factory Trailer.

Capturing photos of our Olympic and Paralympic athletes is an important job that no photographer takes lightly — after all, we’ve all seen the kind of firestorm that can result from not doing it well. So when Benjamin Von Wong had the opportunity to photograph Olympic Paradressage Rider Natasha Baker, he made sure to do [...]
A computer error at the San Diego fireworks show last week led to an 18-minute show being condensed into 15 seconds… and also some pretty crazy firework photos. As I hold this new baby in my hands I don’t wonder at how Sony is pursuing an obviously successful plan with its NEX line of cameras but seriously puzzle at the situation where Canon has not entered the same interchangeable camera sector. Others, such as Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic and others are in there ? [...]Post originally from: Digital Photography Tips. An interesting headline spotted over at Yahoo News: “More Americans Becoming Serious Photographers“. For his project titled Back Yard, Japanese photographer Daisuke Yokota applied the musical ideas of echo, delay, and reverb to photography by shooting, developing, printing, and re-photographing the same image over and over. One of the most difficult things I found at the beginning of my professional career was discussing money. I?d happy accept anything that came my way and was pretty short-sighted at the implications it had, not only for myself but the local working community and the economics around that. All too often, you will have [...]
