Happy New Year NS! We at BOONE are so stoked that its been dumping snow! Yesterday we stopped by over at Alpine Shreadows to scope out the jump line. As usual, it was a beautiful Tahoe bluebird day - perfect for starting on those New Year's Resolutions. We at Boone Skis continue working toward our goal as an independent ski company that is a true rider collective - with the company run solely by riders focused on supporting our core values. The riders at Boone are a great group of athletes and I'm stoked our family is growing. For 2009 we have some New Year's resolutions that help define who we are as an organization. 1. Continue to support the advancement of big air, slopestyle, and pipe skiing as a sport through backing events, comps, and sponsoring athletes! 2. Continue to build greener skis without compromising on quality - advancing our ingenuity and creativity at every possible opportunity. 3. Continue to work toward an autonomous rider collective. By rider collective, we envision is a group of freeskier athletes/enthusiasts - (athletes, engineers, and suits) all working together to build a green, sustainable organization that can continue to manufacture skis and promote the sport that we love.
