Thank you Carinthia Parks, Grass Sticks, Spy, and Colorado Ski shop. The 2016-17 season went by in the blink of an eye, but Devin Bernard was there with his cameras and put this together for me.
In February we got out to shoot a little more. Had some good alpine days followed by a hell of a day in the trees. Jacob starts to get jiggy again on his skis for the first time this season, Peter cleans up the Rutherford, and Conor shows that he is a wood-elf because the trees are HIS.

Riis and Sawyer spent it in Jackson shredding their home turf in all time conditions, while the east coast boys head home for some ice skating. A series of wet storms rolled through with a cold front, and I started wondering what it was looking like up high in Glacier National Park. Threw some pizza in my pack and went to have a look.
Not your average summer skiing edit. All of this was filmed between June 1st and September 1st. This summer may have been the best summer of my life. I was fortunate enough to take two cross country road trips on top of a few long weekend adventures. I traveled to regions of the country that I never thought I would see and I slept in my car most of the way but it was worth it because I got to ski in tons of amazing places including three national parks during a span of four days. This summer has proven to me once again that skiing will take my life to heights I can't imagine.

Danny is a creature of the Oregonian forests and like most of us, he is a creature of habit. However, unlike most of us, his habit was meth. Not at all from Danny, we learned that it is in fact possible to have fun without meth. At one point, Danny said, "One night I did 3 eightballs of coke and didn't get high. The Common Thread: Ep 3 // B.C. -> MT In the midst of a tough semester at MSU, spring break showed promise of deep snow in the Great White North so we packed up and send it to Nelson B.C., when we arrived we were met with a week of rain, snow, friends and 18+ bars. Back in Montana it was a wild spring with everything from deep snow to warm spring days. We were able to get the camera out for a few days and capture some of the debauchery and this is the result.
