The countryside of Sweden isn't exactly the place that comes to your mind when you think of skiing, but what could you come up with if you had to put a limit to the area you had to work with? Kim Boberg and Oliver Karlberg set out to film a movie in a place called Alvdalen, to use what you got instead of seeing whats not there. This movie was filmed within the area of a maximum range of 1-hour drive away from Alvdalen. I've had kind of a rough past two years ski wise. With blowing my right knee out once in 2015, and then re-tearing the same knee the following year in 2016, it was questionable whether or not skiing was still worth it. After months on months of rehab, I got the okay to get back on my skis this past January, and while I was scared shitless of hurting my knee again everyday I was skiing, I managed to have one of the best seasons of my life. I figured I'd call this my 'comeback season' as I never thought I would really come back into skiing right where I left off. I can't thank my family and friends enough for the constant and continued support that helped me get over my injuries, and I cannot wait to get back on my planks this season for another great winter with many more to come.

Part 1 - Todays world of action sports and kickstarters require that every thing we do be motivated by this powerful message of chasing a dream, making the world a better place, or seeking the grandest adventure. As I look into what motivates my skiing, i can't help but realize i do it for no reason greater than manning up. To Push yourself and huck your meat and see how far you can go. It's a story that has been inspired by My Ballsack. This is all footage from my 2015/2016 season, filmed by Jacob Callaghan, Ahmet Dadali, Mike Meza, and Tim Jones. Music By Griz - The Anthem

Adventures In Transition - Stick To Your Guns It's sort of like a dream right? Live in the place you grew up with a handful of your best friends and ski every single day. It's tough to convince yourself that this is real life, or even a possibility. This life was never planned - and it was certainly unexpected to end up back where it all started, but not a surprise. With another year in the bag exploring areas from the past and re-discovering new places to roam in the backcountry, there's no doubt in my mind I'm right where I want to be. I'm proud of where I am from and proud to share the dream with so many close close friends. Thank you Khai and LJ for coming to my make-believe world and making AIT a reality. Thanks to Bobby Brown who made the entire Montana trip come to life, you are a true friend and I am grateful for the support you've given. And the biggest thank you of all to Jake Strassman - the creative overlord of all we do, AIT will have a lasting presence in skiing because of the heart you have put into it. The 18th movie from Level 1, a guide to skiing: There are as many paths as there are people. Some choose to be carpet salesman, others choose to be skiers. These behaviors are part of life's routine, and consciously or not, we're all slaves to it somehow. But you can't have the result without the process- you must get up to go down. Let this be your field guide to the minutia, the frivolities and of course the addiction to pure, uncut, freedom. Go ahead, scratch that itch. Because after all, we are creatures of HABIT. Shop for the new line of Wells Lamont snow gloves and mitts exclusively at WellsLamont.level1.ski Wells Lamont came out swinging this past year by putting together one of the heaviest and most well rounded teams of any accessory brand in snow sports, with Tanner Rainville, Will Berman, Keegan Kilbride, Duncan Adams, Sean Jordan, and rookie Remco Kayser. "I was fortunate enough to be able to put a team together of people that see skiing the same way I do,” added Team Manager Will Berman. "Not only are we all friends but we share the same passion and perspective on skiing and style- sharing that common outlook is what really brings this team together." The 111-year-old brand has been producing the toughest work gloves in the business, and the transition into a winter sports line was natural- they’ve taken a century of design, manufacturing, technology and materials knowledge and translated it into the best and most affordable ski and snow gloves and mitts you’ll find anywhere.
