Over the past year I have made the switch out of my 13 year racing career and spent my first season dedicated to freesking. Once we saw that snow was being dumped and it was mid May we told our bosses that we weren't coming in on saturday for the open house. Obviously they weren't to happy as we are the builders but the deep pow was calling to us and we couldn't pass it up. We raced over on friday afternoon after leaving work early (sorry not sorry) and this is the result!! Hope you enjoy!! A share, follow and like would be greatly appreciated!!

BROKEN, by Viktor Wallmark A shortfilm and season edit about the consequences of giving everything. About reaping the fruits of the labour you've put in. In this film, the bad fruits especially. I want to thank everyone for this season, It's been a hell of a time, even though it ended in a bit of a rot for me. This film has been pretty emotional to make, I have tried to show the feeling of getting hurt badly and not being able to do what you've put so much into. All this time on a couch really teaches you stuff. It's been a journey I hope I'll never have to go through again, but also feel a lot more capable to manage if I ever have to. Special thanks to my buddy Carl Malm for filming so much of this. Big up to Oscar Lindgren for getting through an even worse injury. Thank you to my roomies, Angelica, Micke, Magnus and Carl for serving me like a king when I couldn't walk. THE CHAIRLIFT TRICK & TESTING THE 17/18 SOUL7 We got our hands on the brand new Rossignol Soul 7 hd. Thet have completely redesigned it for this season. The honeycomb goes longer down, reducing the weight of the ski, and then it has been reenforced, make it more stiff. It should perform better on piste, than the previous, but I like the playfulness of the old one more. No dought, it is a fantastic ski, but for my kind of skiing I like the old one more. I would still like to try it out with a freestyle binding, because til will make et more flexible. The chairlift trick, is when you need to use your hands, and want to get you poles out of the way, without dropping them. Stick them under you leg, so you will be sitting on them, and wolla, you are free to use your hands. Very important is, that you will have to remove them before lifting up the bar, or the will be in the way of the footrest. That is it for or 4 day season start in Sölden, Austria.
