It was the lowest snow season that I've experienced; however, it was one of the funnest winters of my life! Got a lot of shred time in with my best friends on Hood and spent some time back home at Bachelor, enjoying the perpetual spring conditions. Here are my favorite clips from the 14/15 season! Raw footy from a run through Timberline's Paintbrush. My comp can't edit this quality so raw footy is all you get for now.

A few days at Tline in December. With almost no snowfall in December, the parks are mellow and the natural terrain is icy and unfriendly, but we managed to find a good time, as usual. #letthegoodtimesroll Edited by Derek Roy Music: "Shubada Du Ma Ma" by Steve Miller Band
POWPOWPOW!!! Old Man Winter has finally got a firm hold on Mt Hood and delivered us a ton of fresh snow. Derek, Ethan, and Drew got after it, chasing the tree runs and fun drops that Timberline has to offer. Keep thinking snow, we don't want it to stop!
Lots of snow, lots of homies! Hope you enjoy selfies. This is all of December and just a hint of January. Thank you Mt Hood for the cold smoke. Thank you to everyone who filmed! Slush surfing during the last days at Mt Bachelor for the 14/15 ski season. Filmed in about 5 laps by Joseph Johnson. Out of all the mountains in the NW, Bachy might have had the best snow season. HUGE thanks to my sponsors RAMP skis, Blackstrap, Flylow, Smith Optics, and Crack Grease.
Crystal received 77" of snow in 4 days, forcing us to stick to frontside runs. Here is what Derek captured from his POV. Huge thanks to Alex Pallas, Eric Pedersen, and Johnny Rutter from Stohke Productions for the hospitality, as well as RAMP skis, Blackstrap Inc, Attik Supply Co, and Choad Cheese Wax for their constant support! A few early season sessions on Hood and an October trip up to the TC Throwdown in Kennewick, WA (big thanks to Tyler Carr for filming). Riders: Derek Roy, Derek Zornado, Noah Wallace, Drew Stew. Follow us @goodtimesmedia.
March 14 & 15. From the POV of Derek Roy and Brett Huber. Two nights in a row of Skibowl at it's finest. I haven't ridden pow at Skibowl in about 2 years due to warm seasons and low snowfall, but this was worth the wait! All of Govy made it out to shralp the steep glades and fun cliff features in Upper Bowl. Being able to watch the huckery and listen to homies hoot and holler their way through the white room is way too rad. My abs were more sore from laughing than skiing. This is why I choose to live in Govy!
The second half of the 15/16 season, cruising around Mt Hood with my friends. HUGE thanks to RAMP Skis for all the support over the years! Also thanks to Tyler Carr, Will Stauner, and anyone else who helped film. Skiers/Riders: Derek Roy Andy Parry Brett Huber Abe Barnett Neil O'dell
Once again hosted on Public Day of West Coast Session, Gaper Day went off with a grey, foggy bang. Unhindered by the weather, hoots and hollers erupted from home-boys and home-girls dressed to impress in onesies, windbreakers, jeans, shorts, sweaters, and anything else they could snag from the shelves of local thrift shops. Local videographer Alex St. Pierre put down the camera for the day to express his inner gaper and was crowned this year's Most Glorious Gaper and awarded the Golden Shotski. Come out next year and join the party!
Some fun laps at Timberline, enjoying the perpetual spring conditions here on Hood.
One day of lame skiing while trying out a new lens. Scored a few gems and had a blast!
Conway's park is the best we've seen it all season! Combined with a stacked crew, you know it's bound to be a good time. Riders: Abraham Barnett, Drew Stew, Derek Roy, Mason Kennedy, Brett Huber, Griffin Cummings Music: "Can't Break That Glass" by Rock'n'Roll Soldiers Edited by Derek Roy
All of the Roy Boys (Fred, Corey, and Derek) got together for a couple days of backcountry fun in Central Oregon. Day one was a little nasty with some very difficult skiing conditions, but getting out and skiing was still an awesome time. Day two we trekked into Broken Top to ski a couple lines that Fred had been talking about. Spending time in the mountains and sharing that experience with family is one of the best parts about our sport. Even with sub-par snow conditions, these are the days we thrive on.
