It snowed for the first time this year in Waterloo ON so I decided to take advantage of the day and put together an edit on my backyard setup since I have some free time before finals. The entire segment was filmed in one day on a HD GoPro (had to use 720p 30fps because there wasn't enough light for 60fps). The previous night I was up at 3:00am sessioning the rail as well because I wasn't sure if it would last (night footage way too dark to see anything). Anyways, hope you enjoy the edit. What would you do differently next time? Well for the January edit we will have a lot more time to film. More footage from backcountry skiing, BC Booters, and my new snowmobile. Sun Valley Resort will have their big jump line up and the urban exploration begins. Did you have a good time? A good time is an understatement ! How did you mount the camera? Used the vented helmet mount and goggle mount for all POV shots. Had follow cam shots with a goggle mount and just holding the Contour.

Was able to get enough footage on snow this season to put together a short edit. Filmed out in CO some over Christmas break and got some other shots back in VA. Still haven't seen snow here yet haha.
