Lots of you guys know that skiing in Mt Hood isn't more about the days on skis than the ones in forest and by the coast. While filming for this third flick of our life in Oregon I wanted to show what it is to live in our "ski bum tents" and bring you the real life experiences. I hope this will be a good summary to what we faced and that it will give you the envy to go discover those incredible places and animals we care so much about. Peace and love to all the people who made this trip the greatest story to tell our kids when we'll be grown up. Thanks to these guys for making everything possible : Volkl, Dakine, Marker, Dalbello, Oakley, GoPro and Feiyu Tech.
ABM's Way Back is a short film following Alex Beaulieu-Marchand's come back from multiple surgeries, capturing Alex's progressive skiing in the Streets of Quebec, to the creative set ups of B&E invitational and Nine Knights. He then heads to Breckenridge looking to benefit from the awesome spring park before finishing the season in Whistler-Blackcomb for one of the best jump sessions of his career. Directed by Raphael Desharnais this short film was made possible by all the friends that helped along the way! Derek and I linked up the other day and filmed at Keystone's A51 Terrain Park. He said it was one of the best days of skiing park he's had in a long time and I would have to say it was one of my best days of filming park all season because of how hard he threw down and the good times we had. And what a better day to have that happen on then his 21st Birthday. Needless to say we stacked a lot of clips for a days worth of filming and decided to put this edit together.
