visionary - Streetskiing video

Visionary is a streetskiing video by a group of three amateur skiers. Every second of the video came off without outside help: From the filming and bungee pulling to editing, only the three of us were involved in the process of making the video. No sponsors, cycling to the spots, beat up skis and low budget cameras. It was all good fun, and that's all that matters. Featuring Henri Hämäläinen, Harri Hämäläinen and Tommi Korhonen.

RELENTLESS - Full ski movie - 2014

Musikunat (not so) proudly presents their first (and last) ski ''movie'', Relentless. Due to a severe lack of interest in park skiing, this year we decided to concentrate purely on urban skiing. We tried to get the most out of it, and as a result we managed to get something done. Relentless is a product of vast boredom and lack of talent. Even after multiple crashes we didn't give up on sliding a rail on a pair of metal-edged planks. Sorry for not choosing your favorite type of music. While all of us were getting washed up from skiing, we still tried our best quite relentlessly. During two busy years of studying and army service we managed to get things done, driven by the words of a wise hobo who told us about the definition of Momentus; A force that flows through, making one not give up on a mission. Or I don't know, he was most likely just out of his mind. Anyways, that's where the name comes from. Who even cares, it's just skiing. Musikunat: A new project dropping '16

Looks like RELENTLESS isn't going to be our last movie like we claimed. Following last winter, this season we kept our focus strictly on urban skiing. Even during a busy army year our work paid off and we managed to get a surprising amount of shots from the streets. Still, not quite enough for a full skiing movie. For that reason we extended our movie to a full-on 2 year project. In 2016 we'll release our film, which remains unnamed for the time being. Hopefully next winter will pay off like the last one did.
