Despite the dry winter the Idaho high country has held its snow pack pretty well. Luckily we got out and took full advantage of it these last couple of days. We tried skinning, but found that it was much easier to just hike and boot pack it. You can cover a lot more ground this way, and saves time from having to take skins off and on. Filmed around Lake Cleveland on May 29, 30, and 31.
Just a bunch of kids messing around in the Wasatch, trying to function without any brakes.
This is my first run on the Freeride World Tour at Vallnord Arcalis in Andorra back in Feb. I love grassy landings, but that first drop was almost a write-off...
Some shots from the 20th April in Val d'Isere and Tignes, with plenty of cliff drops and backflips
Laptop took a poop and died on me here’s what I had saved on my phone from the season

Song - Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark - A compilation of my favourite shots from the last season. My approach to editing is heavily influenced by skate videos. I used (almost) no slow motion or filler and no go pro footage. No Bullshit. Big thanks to everyone who filmed and helped me dig my sled out. Thanks to Iron Maiden for your music not only in the context of this edit, but also for giving me focus on skis all winter. Thanks to TMC, Lange and Faction for keeping me rolling. Thanks to Mom and Dad and K for unwavering support. See you on the hill. insta: @jacob_boyd http://underwhiteskies.ca

The only worthy roof for the talents of Eric Hjorleifson and Thayne Rich is in a backcountry touring hut, where life remains primitive and the skiing, well, radical. This is a complete 4FRNT adventure with great disparity between top talents, each driven to create content from alternating perspectives. What happens when you put the GAH poster boy (Hoji) in a hut with a rookie like Thayne? Does the puppy breathe life into the old dog? Does he fall in line, one kick turn at a time? The 2-part Meadow Lodge documents a 3-day adventure with Eric and Thayne in The Esplanades, an eastern sub range of The Columbia’s where the terrain flows east to the Columbia Rivers’ Kinbasket Lake. Enjoy the crafts of these two backcountry skiers as they literally ski from the door of Meadow Lodge down fluted spines, endless pillows and perfectly gladed tree runs. Midwest Yungin have too much fun during the first half of the year in Colorado! Super fun getting away from just the park for a little bit! #backseatgang
April 30th on the summit of Hood. Up pearly gates and over to old chute to ski. Thought I knew about skiing solid ice being from NH but the Old Chute taught me otherwise. Stoked to have puckered my way down it regardless. Perfect corn skiing from Illumination Rock all the way back to Timberline, not a bad way to spend a birthday.
A collection of shots from my 17/18 winter - skiing around Fernie, Nelson & Revelstoke. Shout outs to Atomic, Smith, Fresh Air & all the friends/family that made it one for the books.
It's been a sick season. Please top rate and plus karma.
Isaac Freeland's 1min video entry to Epic TV's Boooom Fest 2015
By far one of the best ski seasons of my life. Even though the snow was nothing compared to last year, I progressed more than I imagined I could. I want to thank everyone who helped film, especially my friends from my local mountain.
Skiing is the best. Filming skiing is pretty fun too, especially if you're with some of your best friends. Thats about the size of it. Gram: @fisherjamie

Our season highlights chopped and cropped for your enjoyment
An aftermovie of sorts to sum up an epic winter in Utah at Alta, I tried to compile most of the footage from the year into one video. Being a east coaster spending a full ski season out west was a dream. Alta totaled around 530 inches before the season officially closed. Voiceover by Liam O'Reilly. Thanks to everyone at the Rustler Lodge for making the year so great. Skiers Liam O'Reilly, Jack Vatcher, Issac Avery-Badberg, Jill Beers, Mollie Gil, Jamie McNulty Video filmed and edited by Charlie Baetjer I do not own the right to any of the music played, music is credited to Gregory Alan Isakov - If I Go, I'm Going OÌlafur Arnalds & Nils Frahm - a2 Tony Anderson - Eyes Wide Open
