We received 21 feet of snow in the month of March alone. So I went skiing in it. Best turns of my life. Here is some of the footage i collected from a few of those days.
Typical Schweitzer day: foggy, windy, but always fun. A few laps before my helmet cam got ripped off. Watch for the mid-spin binding release on the last 360...good times! Just needed a forward pressure adjustment.
Me shralping around Big Sky Resort on a beautiful Feburary 17th, 2012 with 6 inches of fresh! Fun Fun! Artist: Gramatik Song: It's Over (F.A.Q Remix)
Here's how we spent our winter break. Sorry for all the helmet cam footy.
I had to make a movie trailer for my video editing class at school. So i thought i would use the red bull cold rush footage. So from there i threw some music in and made it into a trailer. THERE IS NO ACTUAL MOVIE COMING OUT Thanks to Newschoolers and Red Bull for the footage.
Some little tricks from opening day...first day of skiing so give me a break

Powder days at Treble Cone are an amazing thing. Usually it takes about half the day for the Saddle basin to open, and seeing as the saddle is where the magic happens, frothers and powder hounds will line up for at least 30 mins in the hopes of scoring first chair. When the rope drops, chaos ensues as the Saddle Opening Chinese Downhill gets under way. Anyone who has been there knows how mad it can be, and I for one love the madness! This is me scoring 2nd chair on a mad dog pow day mid July. For those who missed the joke, The intro scene and voice over/song is from a classic American ski movie called Hot Dog. It's funny as, and a must see for anyone interested in snow sports, youtube.com/watch?v=Z3cCtK8HFUQ youtube.com/watch?v=_Qe3HBqFhTU

As I sit at home with a bum leg I decided to start putting out a webisode series. So I sent my good friend Sam Cohen off with the new HD GoPro and told him to get some cool shots. I'm going to create a new episode at least every other week. My goal is to capture what it is like to be a local skier up Little Cottonwood Canyon and what our view of skiing is. Enjoy!
A quick edit of Sean Field & Skogen Sprang skiing "The Pillows" in the North Lake Tahoe backcountry on Feb. 10th 2009.
DOWNDAYS NEWS BRING YOU A AN EVENT UPDATE FROM THE REDBILL LINE CATCHER 2001 IN VARS FRANCE. After an exciting qualifying yesterday the pre-qualified athletes and the 3 that qualified took to the legendary eyssina face with a reckless abandon. Hurling their meat high into the air, the day in the ed belonged to Canadian Sean Petit who crushed the face with pure confidence.
Cool line, too bad Sean had to hold the camera in his hand instead of on his helmet, or this video would be really smooth!
Redid an edit I didn't really like ... wish i had more rail/park stuff, but I was having too much fun
