This is an edit I made of my 2014 season! It was a killer year and I would really like to thank those who helped me achieve it, mainly my coaches, Abbott, Adam, and Dan, Yava Apparel, my friends and most importantly my parents. And anyone else I forgot. Peace Out.

Blew each knee in 2 seasons, this is all the time between kneehab, school, work and competing that I got my hands on to grab some shots. Mixed them all up and this is my result. Met so many great people this season and it has made this the happiest year of my life. Huge thank you to ROAM shop in Nelson, Dr. S. Bitting my surgeon, Katie Mitchell my physiotherapist and Kootenay Health Services for the support and help, couldnt have managed to ski without you all this season. Shout out to all my coaches Dano Slater, Peter Velisek, Moss Patterson and Pete Then. Cheers!

UBC FreeRide visited the Bralorne Backcountry Picnic last month to take part in ther annual video competition. After rolling into the small town, it wasn't too long before most of the town had converged to a small urban jump we had shaped for a film session. Aside from the wicked moonshine induced hangovers there was plenty of snow to be had and friends to be made. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks to Patrick Brown for committing to film on amazing ski days. Also, thanks to everyone else who helped filming. This season was my first season away from Ski Racing, and it was my my best season yet! I didn't get to do as much filming as I would have liked to this season, but these are the shots I got from this past winter. Enjoy! Song: Time of The Season - The Zombies

Powder Skiing - Italian Dolomites 2014

In February 2014 we went on a week long holiday to the Italian Dolomites, staying in Canazei. After some of the best conditions the Dolomites had seen in many years we were hopeful for some deep, fresh powder... and that was exactly what we got. We skied powder for the whole week, and for 5 out of 6 days in the sun. So the conditions were great, but the terrain was even better. There was so much variety with tree skiing, open powder bowls, drops and rocks. The Dolomites really are a special place. This holiday I've finally invested in some decent kit so now I'm skiing Line Sick Day 95 (all mountain/freeride). They are the best skis I've ever skied and quite possibly some of the best skis out there at the moment (hence Fall-line Skiing magazine's ski of the year).
